Who we are
Outstanding Business Support Services is owned and managed by Lucy Alderton, who has over
18 years of experience in many varied business sectors and working environments in permanent,
contract and temporary roles.
Before launching her business, Lucy worked as an Operational Leader for Lloyds Banking Group
Plc for 6 years. Her solid background within Administration and Operations at all levels in both small
businesses and large blue chip corporations enables her to provide a variety of support services with
a flexible approach tailored to the specific needs of her clients.
Lucy currently works for businesses predominantly in West and/or North Yorkshire, where she
commutes from her base in Leeds. However, if you require assistance at your business outside of
these locations, she is able to provide her support remotely.
